Buses run from the airport to Port Erin and Port St Mary, via Castletown, and to Douglas via Ballasalla every hour, and at half hourly intervals during peak times. Bus Services are operated by Isle of Man Transport: +44 1624 662525. The Route 1 stops at the Airport and serves Douglas, Castletown, Port Erin and other destinations. There is a taxi rank situated outside the entrance of the terminal building. Taxis are available to meet all flights and most destinations are covered by fixed tariff charges. By car nowhere on the Island is no more than one hour away by road, and the Airport is signposted on all main roads throughout the Island. Car Parking at Isle of Man Airport. Parking on the forecourt outside the Terminal building is prohibited. Parking restrictions are in force at all times. Parking is available at the Airport Car Park . All major credit cards are accepted and there are automatic paystations situated inside the terminal building. There is also a convient disc zone parking area close to the terminal building. The car parks are fenced, illuminated 24 hours a day and there is also 24 hour security cover on the airport.
