Jersey Airport

A comprehensive guide to Jersey (JER) Airport

As a major offshore financial center Jersey has a level of air traffic way beyond the size of the island and the population would dictate. The airport is located by the coast on the west side of the island. Allow plenty of time to get to the airport, it may not be far from St. Helier, the islands capital but in the summer the journey can take as long as an hour. Even in winter the journey can be slow. Taxis run to the airport but can be quite expensive, The number 15 bus runs every 20 minutes during airport opening time to and from the airport to St. Helier.
