Caernarfon

The main drag is Palace Street home to antique shops, cafes, art galleries and the town’s indoor market. Exploring the Old Town will actually take you inside the Castle wall where those who worked within the castle used to live. Another great attraction is the Victoria Dock, which is now a recently redeveloped in the form of a marina and Segontium Fort where exhibits include artefacts and coins which were excavated from the site.
