Sheffield also boasts a truly happening nightlife with dozens of live music venues, nightclubs, pubs and restaurants, not to mention Sheffield Arena, which plays host to sporting and entertainment events from the world over. Sheffield is certainly not holiday destination number one but for a daytrip or weekend break it definitely makes an exciting alternative.
