Wolverhampton Travel Guide

It’s not too hard to ‘get away from it all’ either the city is bordered by some quite
breathtaking countryside and parks (over 1400acres in
all). There is also an extensive canal leisure network and
several excellent museums and galleries. Entertainment wise
Wolverhampton holds a trump card from the Victorian splendour of the Grand Theatre to Civic and Wulfrun Halls, which host major international concerts; from
the plethora a great pubs serving locally
brewed Banks’s beer to the truly cosmopolitan
choice of restaurants the, city
really comes alive during the evening. Wolverhampton may not spring to mind
immediately when planning a break but it really does have an awful lot to offer
for those looking for a weekend away.
