The only beach area in Bangladesh…so make the most of it! All visitors who wander down to the Himacheri beach in Cox’s Bazar though, will be watched, especially the female bathers, as its very rare for a Bangladeshi woman to go swimming. There is a more sheltered area at Inani beach though, south of Cox's Bazar, where visitors can escape the prying eyes of the locals!
