Barbados - The “Jolly Roger” Pirate Cruise
Barbados sightseeing, attractions and online travel guide

OK. It sounds a bit cheesy, but take it from me really is great fun. The ‘Jolly Roger’ cruise is really and excuse to party or simply blow off steam – or both. It has become an institution amongst the young and flirty that flock here for sea, sunshine, fun and romance (pronounce RUM & SEX). It’s an enjoyable way of catching a glimpse of the wonderful east coast and socialising with other like types… and it really is pretty good fun. The rum punch is free and there are various pirate-orientated entertainments to enjoy as you float gently towards Holetown Bay. There you’ll anchor for an hour so you can swing out on a rope and drop into the ocean, walk the plank or take a boat ride to the shore and explore for a while. The boat itself has all the pirate trimmings you’d expect and, despite the initial tackiness, after a few rum punches you wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
