The second largest reef in the world and the largest in the Western hemisphere, Belize’s Barrier reef stretches for 185 miles and has become a magnet for scuba divers the world over. The water temperature never drops below around 80 degrees and visibility regularly reaches 100ft plus. As if the reef itself were not spectacular enough the abundant marine life is out of this world and you can expect encounters with any of the following – grouper, queen trigger fish, parrot fish, manta and eagle rays, dolphins and sea turtles. Dives available include breathtaking drop dives and fascinating night dives.
