Full of culture and history, Ouidah has numerous temples and museums within its town, including a historical museum, known as the Voodoo Museum, a park called the Sacred Forest and a route that was once used by slaves called the Route of the Slaves. If visitors follow this route for 2.5 miles, they will see statues, fetishes and villages and will eventually end up at the towns beautiful beaches, where they can laze around for the rest of the day.
