This place is all about Cuba’s history, especially its independence and revolutionary times. The museum is found within the former Presidential Palace in Havana, Cuba’s capital city, where knowledgeable staff guide visitors round the museum providing plenty of history lessons, showing them exhibits and memorabilia including a replica of Versailles Hall of Mirrors. Outside the museum visitors will encounter numerous planes, tanks, trucks and part of a shot-down U2 spy plane. Not all the exhibits are in English but the place is too interesting to miss.
