Found at the heart of the north coast, Kyrenia, is a quaint coastal town. The area’s Old Town is full of history, with the Kyrenia Castle being an interesting building to explore. Built in the Roman era, the castle contains a chapel and a museum, where many an old shipwreck and sunken treasures can be found. The newer side of town is where the trendier hotels and cafes are located, with some very good restaurants dotted here and there.
