Tallin - Old Town

Atmospheric and picturesque Tallinn’s Old Town consists of the lower merchant town and upper administrative centre of Toompea. A stroll along the cobbled street of Pikk Jalg will take you from Town Hall Square to Toompea Hill and is by far the best way to see this wonderful historic area. The architecture is nothing short of fascinating, with Hanseatic facades and medieval towers (many of which house friendly cafes. The Old Town is also the main area for museums and art galleries as well as excellent antiques and handicraft stores.
