Nice - Promenade des Anglais

One of the best places to saunter in style or even rollerblade is the 'English Promenade', a palm-lined path along the beautiful Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels). Stroll past magnificent grand old hotels built at the turn of the century the grandest being the Negresco with its Empire and Napoleon décor. Rest a while at one of the countless cafes and watch passers by. An excellent place for a pre-dinner amble or a morning stroll, in many ways Promenade des Anglais epitomises Nice’s sophistication and good taste.
