Famous for its fine golden sand and warm shallow waters Agia Agathi is a fascinating place to visit that combines stunning natural beauty with quiet ‘seclusion’. Actually the beach can get busy and water sports are fairly popular here, however the atmosphere manages to remain peaceful. At the end of the beach stands the ancient carved monastery of Agia Agatha and the famous caves and nearby is a lovely and somewhat unique red sand beach.
