There are four islands in total that make up the park, Pulau Payar, Pulau Segantang, Pulau Lembu and Pulau Kaca. Visitors can get over to the marine park by ferry from Kuah, with the journey taking around 45 minutes, once there, they will find the islands are enclosed by coral reefs, an area that home to many species of underwater animals. Visitors will also be asked to bring there own fresh water whilst visiting the park as there is not enough to go around.
