For the best in boating, Phewa Lake in Pokhara, the second biggest lake in Nepal, is the one! Easily accessible, the lake is located within the Annapurna range of mountains and Pokhara’s fertile green valley, with the holy mountain of Macchapucchre standing tall and imposing, nearby. Other lakes that visitors can boat at though, are Begnas Lake and Rupa Lake, situated only 15 km from Pokhara.
