Many people come to Nepal to spend their time trekking either its hilly, mountainous terrain, or Terai region, extending throughout the whole southern part of the country. The most popular destination though, is the Annapurna region, where visitors can have the chance to admire Alpine meadows, bamboo forests, views of the Himalayas and wildlife galore including the danphe, the national bird of Nepal.
