Visitors will find the area between Dakar, Tambacounda and the Gambia, an active city, which has enough delights for visitors, for at least a day or two! Kaolack's top attractions are its stunning mosque, a large, covered market-style building, adorned in a Moroccan style, the second largest market in Africa, with Marrakesh being the first. Not many tourists are familiar with the area, so visitors will be able to avoid any hustle and bustle, found in the more well known areas.
