Set aside as a national park the sandunes of Corralejo are well protected and preserved. Rock barriers are even built for heavy winds. Amazing sand sculptures, miles of snow-white sand and incredible sandstone mountains outlined by the sparkling sea makes Corralejo a natural wonder and a true feast for the eyes. While admiring the dunes don’t be surprised to see a couple of nude sunbathers roaming about, Corralejo is a nudist’s haven! Besides the spectacular views, this area is renowned for its extensive water sports on offer including surfing, jet skiing, water-skiing and diving.
