This is a place where quite a few great battles took place, including the Ridda Wars, which was between Muslim armies and numerous tribes and towns. These days though, Dibba is a quiet area consisting of three seaside villages, Oman, Sharjah and Fujairah, with each village belonging to a different ruler! Dibba is a quaint, scenic area for visitors to explore and is only thirty miles north of Fujairah, with a stunning mountain range situated to the left, which rises to an impressive 6,000 feet into the Musandam Peninsula.
