Visitors to Uruguay should visit the all year round, municipal thermal baths at Guaviyú. Situated amongst mountains, eucalyptus and pine trees with cabins nearby, the thermal waters are at a constant 39 degree Celsius and are made up of a compound of minerals, magnesium, potassium, sulphate of calcium and fluorine. There are 4 circular baths here and four sinks with water spurts emitting from them for hydro massages.
