We offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation in our family home, a large centrally situated Georgian townhouse. We have one large twin room with en suite amenities (our yellow room), one double room with en suite amenities (our blue room) and a twin room with personal bathroom (our red room). We serve tasty organcic breakfasts, sourcing as many ingredients as po ible locally. Starters include apple and mango juice, fresh fruit salad or a freshly made banana smoothie followed near porridge with maple syrup, muesli or cornflakes and finishing with croi ants, bagels with fromage frais and jam or toast with bacon (from Ballencrieff farm) and egg (from Phanta ie farm). Drinks include English breakfast tea, coffee, sencha tea or hot chocolate. Our house is the ideal base from which to discover Edinburgh and all it has to offer. We hope that our house will be a home away from home for you during your stay.
