For the price of hostel accommodation, Albay BB (ABB) Apartments offer striking fully-furnished apartments that are perfect for groups, families or couples who prefer homely accommodation in Amsterdam. We are situated east of the town center nearby the tropenmuseum in a main thoroughfare where most bus/tram lines stop and where coffeeshops, restaurants, bars and Amsterdam ½s Dappermarketplace can be found within the neighbourhood. Both of our apartments, which can accommodate up to 6 people, are furnished with facilities to provide the comforts of home. These include cable Television, kitchen for self-catering, personal toilet / wc with warm shower and bath, etc. One of the apartments boasts outstanding views over the town where you can catch a glimpse of Dutch windmills and the south-east of the town. There is no elevator or amenities for the handicapped offered. FREE web access ACCE TO ALL visitorS!!! Payment: We accept cash or credit card (5% bank surcharge applies) payments on arrival. The amount payable shall be solely based on the amount quoted near Hostelworld in Euro on the date of confirmation of bookings and as reflected on the confirmation sheet produced near Hostelworld database. This amount due is subject to 5% municipal tax. Cancellations: Cancellations should be made via email or fax, 5 days prior to the date of arrival. After 5 days, an amount equivalent to one night stay will be charged. Cancellations made within 2 days prior to arrival date are not anymore honoured. The full amount therefore will be charged from the client's credit card. No-show visitors shall as well be charged the full payable amount. All credit card transactions/charges shall be handled near ALBAY HOMESTAY AMSTERDAM. IMPORTANT NOTE: Each of our apartments have 5 beds (not 5 bed rooms!)
