Our accomodation is split into flats of 6 rooms. Each customer will have a non-en suite room to himself or herself. Each flat contains a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and separate toilet / wc. The accommodation is situated in a quiet vicinity of town and there is ample parking offered. It is within clost proximity to the town center as well as all local highlights. The Don Street flats are located in Old Aberdeen and offer accommodation in the most picturesque vicinity in the town. All our accommodation offers a welcoming, secure, well maintained surroundings with a controlled entry system and a dedicated caretaker. Please note: Check in is at 12pm. Please be advised that the following conditions apply when reservation this accommodation: ** Once your initial payment of 10% has been made using our confirmed online reservation system, within 48 hours The Summer Village will deduct the remaining 90% of your reservation from your credit card and confirm to you via email. Please note: there is a 3% charge when reservation with a credit card. **You will be advised as to how you can collect your keys. Reception hours are 09.00hrs - 17.00hrs Monday to Friday however if visitors are going to arrive outside these hours then please contact the summer village 24 hours prior to arrival.
