If a SAFE PLACE , is what you are looking for, this is the right place for you mainly if you spent 11-15 hours flying and Sao Paulo is just a stopover. Be sure that here you will be at a confortable place as well for an inexpensive price. We are the first Bed&Breakfast in the SOUTH Zone of Sao Paulo and the only one that makes you feel at home. ROOMS: We have 2 Single Roms (en suite amenities) and 2 double room with double bed with cable Television and minibar . PLUS: Kitchen with a brand new microwave oven, Refrigerator, oven, all utensils you might need. If you are looking for a safe vicinity/place , confort and good cleanline , this is the way to go. Ace is situated very close to Congonhas airport (the busiest airport in South America) at the south side of the town in a residential/business vicinity and a short distance (15min near bus) from the Conceiç o subway station. Here is a very safe Bed and Breakfast because WE ARE NOT situated IN DOWNtown OR THE OLD centre AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BUS STOP. Night life you find everywhere in Sao Paulo, but we are close to the GOOD night life (Moema, Vila Olimpia and Itaim) is no more than 6 km. Short walk to banks, barbecues, restaurants, supermarketplaces, grocery stores, bakery, drugstores. Clean, Safe & secure position relaxing beds & highest quality mattre es Television in all personal rooms , Rooms cleaned and serviced daily, two minuted walk to bus (le than 120m), lavishness Honeymoon bedroom (Cable Television, MiniBar, en suited Bathroom, , Residential vicinity, renewed house (2004), The best breakfast of Brazilian hostels is included for all reservations.
