To preserve and maintain our great ambience we do not allow: Persons under 18 years of age, pets, any reservations for Bucks nights, hen nights or sport tours,and large groups of males (6 persons or more)We require Photo ID and a credit card for check in. Read the above carefully because in the event of a false reservation, there will be no check in nor will there be a refund. bookings can only be made with a Mastercard or Visa credit card. Maximum stay is 31 days. In case of a No-show, your credit card is charged for the 1st night of your stay, the rest of that reservation will be cancelled. Cancellations have to be made at least 24 hrs. before arriving. You can do this on Monday to Thursday near e-mail. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday you have to call the hostels directly. constantly send your booking details with your cancellation so that your booking can be found in the system as soon as po ible. Make sure you cancel all your reservations. constantly bring your confirmation with you to the hostel you have booked with. Otherwise, booking confusion will be your own responsibility
