Alling House B&B GUESTHOUSE Florida Description
We invite you to sit for a spell on the swing on our large front porch and unwind. Take a peek at the large goldfish in our little pond, walk acro the wide open landscaped front yard. Enter the house that was the home of E.B. Alling, a well-known Orange town mayor, for over 40 years. You will find the house has been well preserved and is decorated in a relaxing Victorian style that reflects its heritage. Each room has a personal bathroom with oversized towels and fluffy robes for your comfort. The common vicinity on the second floor is offered to unwind in, watch tv, read, and play games or acce the web access. This vicinity as well contains an ice machine and a little fridge with drinks and snacks. We have three rooms in the main house. All rooms are priced at double occupancy, which means that the cost is the same regardle of whether it is two people or one person. The Green Room has a personal bathroom with a shower and has a queen-sized bed. The Gold Room has a personal bathroom with a shower and has a queen-sized bed. A roll-away bed can be added for an additional charge. The Rose Room has a very large personal bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub. It as well has a king-sized bed. A roll-away bed could be used here as well. We as well have a separate Cottage that has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink and stove. There is as well a washer/dryer unit. It has a personal bathroom with a shower. The main floor has a queen-sized bed and there is a spiral staircase going up to the loft above the kitchen/bathroom vicinitys that has two single beds in it. There is little headroom up there, so it is most handy for families with children, though adults could manage as well. Again, there is room for a roll-away bed. The cottage has a teletelephone and cable Television. Since there is a kitchen in the cottage, breakfast is not included, but it can be organised at additional cost. Any reservation of the cottage must be at the four person price. To reserve the Cottage, please choose the 4-bed (Quad) option when reservation All rooms have personal bathrooms and cable Television. There is as well free web access acce . Breakfast is usually served between 8AM and 10AM unle near prior arrangement. PLEASE NOTE: Our cottage is 'family-welcoming' and well-behaved children at least nine years old are welcome in the main house. Smoking is only permitted outside. Taxes of 12.5% are not included in the room rate.
