Our hostel is a striking, 137 year old building that has a warm, welcoming mix of old world charm and up to date funky vibes. We purchased this hostel in 2003 (previously called Adelaide town Backpackers) and have been continually updating and improving our place which is just 3 blocks from the town center. Being a heritage building, the rooms are large with high ceilings and most rooms have en suite bathrooms. All rooms have tvs and are air conditioned and heated for your comfort. Dorms are 6 bed with new inner sprung mattre es. Check out our sexy, newly renewed doubles!! Fresh towels, linen, pillows and duvets are provided. We offer a free pickup service from the rail and Bus Station. If arriving near plane, give us a FREECALL 1800 818011 when you arrive and we will tell you the cheapest way to get to our Hostel. The Skylink town Airport Shuttle departs every 1/2 hour and drops off at our Hostel door for $7.50. If there is more than 1 person it is cheaper to share a taxi for around $13.00. Reception is open from 7am until 9pm with fun and amusing staff providing tour info. Free Breakfast, toast, jam, tea and coffe is served from 7am to 9am in the striking, rustic kitchen which is acce ible 24 hours a day.
