New apartment house with 2 pools, air-conditioning only 50m away from Lake Balaton and 300-400m away from the town center of Siofok. The exclusively furnished house contains 9 apartments for 2, 4 and 6 people. Every apartment has a tv set, bathroom with shower and toilet / wcte, a well-equipped kitchen, dining vicinity and air-conditioning. A terrace belongs to 7 of the apartments. Next to the house there is a huge sunbathing terrace with swimming pool, grill and grounds furniture. The house owns its own closed parking lot for many cars. There is a po ibility of choosing from individual catering: self-catering, breakfast, half board and full board in the restaurant of the house from May to October. Apartments consist of living/dining vicinity, bathroom with shower/bath, and fully equipped kitchen with Refrigerator (and freezer), microwave, oven, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, and more. The price includes gas, water, electritown, final cleaning, the use of the kitchen, swimming pool and air-conditioning. Po i bilities for breakfast include bread, roll or buns, salami, marmalade, butter, omelette and more. Lunch and super consist of 4 individual menus. Menus for vegetarians can be as well ordered Groups up to 40 people are as well invited to spend their vacation in our house. Min. reservation period is 4 nights from 25.6.-22.8. Apartments msut be booked near max. availability. For example: when you are 3 people, you must book a 4-bed apartment with 4 people capatown.
