The Apartment Kono AP3 is situated in a very attractive position, below the Bogisic Park, nearby the International University center and the American college, very close to the old town. A position in a quiet residental district, located in an attic within a villa built in the first half of the 20th century. It has been inclusively restored in spring 2005. AP3 has one room (living / dining / bedroom), with 2 beds, one sofa, which can be used as an extra bed (80 x 200 cm), a little kitchen, bathroom with shower and is provided with aircondition and Sat-Television. Local facilities which includes the bank, post office, shops, beach / seaes and bu es are only a few few minutes away. Dubrovnik affords you: cultural monuments, museums, churches, galleries, cultural events (concerts, theatre, folklore...), trips to the islands, sportive things to do like sailing, swimming, diving, waterskiing, seascootering, rafting, bungee jumping, fishing, riding, biking and wandering. It would be a great pleasure for us to welcome you in Dubrovnik.
