This one bedroom apartment is situated in the center of Ayia Napa, close to many shops, restaurants, tavernas and other amenities which includes car and bike rent, laundry and a chemist. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, Refrigerator freezer, kettle and toaster. In the bedroom there are twin beds and built in wardrobes. The lounge vicinity features 2 double sofa beds, coffee table and a dining table and chairs for 4 persons. There is a good sized bathroom with bath and shower. Both the lounge and bedroom have sliding patio doors leading to the large terrace that has great views acro the sea and the complex swimming pools. visitors have the use of three swimming pools onsite. Grocery packs and mid hireal cleans/laundry can as well be organised. Extra items eg cots, microwaves, tvs, dvd players etc can be rentd at a very realistic price PLEASE NOTE: A security deposit of CYŁ25 will be required on arrival which will be refunded on the day of departure provided there has been no damage or breakages.
