We are just few few minutes away from S.Mark square (centre town), in the greenery of the quarter of S.Elena! personal bathroom, Air Cond. and Television in all rooms! We are situated in S. Elena, a quarter of downtown Vepleasant, 8 few minutes near waterbus from the centre S. Marco square, or 20 few minutes walking with a superb panoramic view of the lagoon. From our B&B, 2 few minutes walking on the greenery of S.Elena, you can reach the waterbus stop S. Elena. Waiting for le than 10 few minutes, you can catch the lines 1 or 42-41 or 52-51 going (coming) to (from) S. Marco Square. The place is very relaxing with a nice homely ambience. There are three rooms with queen size beds and one or two twin beds in each: * 'PEARL' Triple room It has a personal bathroom en suite. Air conditioning, Television, radio, heating * 'grounds' Quadruple room luxury. It's our best room, very bright, with a terrace in front to the lagoon and the pinewood of S.Elena. Air conditioning, Television, radio, heating Direct acce to the roof terrace The rooms are independent of each other and inclusively separated. At our place there is no curfew. In fact we provide a code to acce the main door so that you can be back at any time you want for a guaranteed nice and relaxing stay. In the mornings (8 to 9.30) we serve a very large continental breakfast (self service) in the dining room, which has a very pleasant view over S.Elena's greenery. All you need to enjoy a continental breakfast will be placed on the kitchen counter or in the Refrigerator: coffee, tea, milk, orange and pear juice, fruit (according to the season), 2 kinds of cereals, bread toasted slices, croi ants, eggs, butter and jam. A microwave is at your disposal to warm milk or tea or anything. Bed and Breakfast Venezia is situated in the most verdant discrict of the town, an island of unspoiled serenity on the eastern shore of the town's fabled lagoon. Its most delight feature, however, may be the dreamlike vision of historic Vepleasant shimmering acro the lagoon, especially as the sun sets behind the tower of San Marco and the great dome of Santa Maria della Salute.
