Baikalhostel HOSTEL Irkutsk Description
The Baikalhostel, result of a German-Ru ian partnership, is the first backpacker hostel in Irkutsk and whole Siberia. The hostel opened in March 2003 in a snug and clean apartment. Our welcoming staff speaks English and German and will constantly be on hand to provide you with any info required or to help organize transport to Lake Baikal, Olchon and Sajan Mountains. The rooms are clean and relaxing with 2, 3 or 5 beds, with shared bathroom and toilet / wc amenities. There is a well equiped kitchen for self-caterers, free linen and blankets and free luggage storage. It's as well po ible to hire Kamik Icers (a special sole with spikes for shoes), climbing equipment, an ax and a saw (Drushba) and so on. Supermarketplace around the corner (50 m). We provide visa registration!!!!! We as well offer some one or more day adventure tours to Lake Baikal and the Sayan Mountains, like Rafting tours on the Kitoy River, Cave Climbing ond so on.
