The apartment is situated in the historical center of Oria (Brindisi), a very historic town of more than 3000 years old. The house is composed of a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a second room with two beds and a sofabed is in the entrance. Another single bed could be organised,on request,in the first bedroom. Kitchen, bathroom with tub, dining room. The peculiarity of the apartment is a picturesque, quiet grounds on the back of the house, digged up in the rock of Oria's hill.There is as well a well,an historic oven in the rock and a big fig-tree. Weekly hireals are preferred and cheaper. Here you are our week rates all over the year: June-August: 500€/week Other periods: 400€/week beach / seaes are not so far, only 20km to reach Jonian Sea where you can choose sandy or rocky free beach / seaes. Campomarino (the nearbyest seaside resort) is as well a touristic harbour. Linen are included in the price. No other charges are required except the cleaning of the cooker at the end of stay. Cleaning service offered, pets not allowed. Laundry service offered, not included in the price. Brindisi Airport pick up: 10€/person per time. Restaurant, shops and supermarketplace are at 100m. The nearbyest beach / sea is only 20km far. Free sand/rock beach / sea, free fishing.
