The Cowgate & Gra marketplace vicinitys are towards the southern end of the Old town. This bustling vicinity is filled with clubs, pubs, music venues and restaurants/coffee shops. It's a particularly busy spot and for the locals, it's usually their first stop on a night out. This development is little with only 7 flats. Each flat consists of two bed rooms, a little kitchen/ breakfast bar and a shower room. The flats have newly been refurbished and the kitchens are fully equipped. Some flats come with 2 doubles and others with a twin and a single. Linen is provided on mini breaks. Weekly lets, however, will have to pay an additional £10.00 per person or alternatively bring their own.
