Cactusberry Lodge *** is a striking old Victorian town house, newly renewed, with high ceilings and Oregon pine floors some of which have been replaced with natural slate. It is very centrally located in Oranjezicht within 15 few minutes walk of all main highlights, Restaurants, Bars and CBD, and 10 few minutes drive to Cape town's amazing beach / seaes. There are 4 double bed rooms en-suite individually decorated in African hues, with very relaxing extra-long single beds which can be made up to King-size as required. All rooms have tea/coffee amenities, ceiling fans, heaters, hairdryers and radio-alarm clocks. Two rooms as well have a personal patio and kitchenette for those who want to cater for themselves. A superb breakfast (English/Continental) is served in the breakfast room or sunny courtyard which as well has braai amenities and a splash-pool. Our large sundeck offers a breathtaking view of Table Mountain, an perfect place to read a book, lap up the sun or enjoy a sundowner. In the dining room, which leads out through French doors to the court yard, we exhibit up and coming South African artists whose pictures are for sale. There is a large relaxing visitorroom with a well-stocked Refrigerator, tv, music center, books and magazines for a unwinding evening. Here, you will see more paintings near our local artists whom we encourage and support There is off-street parking offered for 4 cars on a first-come basis. We speak English, French and German, and endeavour to make your stay in Cape town an memorable one!
