Camping Kasern is an fantastic stop for backpackers who do not have their own tents as we have big tents(the own sleep bag is recommended). In each tent are 4 beds aswell as a light and a table. All this adds up to a very relaxing stay at only 10 euros per person a night. The camp site is set in a quiet, green vicinity of Salzburg. Camping Kasern is an fantastic stop to visit the striking Mozart and Sound of Music town of Salzburg. Visit the nearby Lakes District, Ice Caves or the Salt Mines. The camp is situated only 15 few minutes from the town center near public bus. They run regularly, pick up and stop directly outside the camp grounds. We offer cooking amenities, FREE hot showers, a food store on the site, a T.V. Room, the reservation for sight seeing tours and we sell the Salzburg Card which covers bus fares and entry for popular town attractions. Only 5 few minutes walk from the camp grounds is a Post Office, Bank ATM, Restaurant and Supermarketplace. The campsite is a good place to chill out, unwind and enjoy the striking Salzburg vicinity.
