This is a Day hostel (as well as night, of course). If your rail comes in early in the morning (and most of the ferries depart in the late afternoon or early evening) we can offer you transport to and from the hostel/rail station/port/beach / sea. A day stay as well includes hot showers, bed (clean sheets included), luggage deposit, and anything else a weary traveller would need for their day stay in Bindisi. The day stay rate is 5.50 Euros all inclusive. (rail station luggage deposit and a shower in any public facility would cost 7.00 Euros without extra services). Our young, English speaking personnel will make sure that you’ll find a warm, welcoming, international, and unwinded ambience. We offer everything you may need for the ideal break during your trip. The building itself is open, roomy and airy, and there are places to unwind, read, enjoy the sun, and of course there is a vibrant social ambience at no extra charge. We are as well close to the beach / sea and harbor and provide daily trips to the beach / sea, drop off and pick up in time to catch the ferry. There is no lock-out. There are 2 Televisions (sky) and the occasional film to enjoy. There is as well music and caring staff. The ambience here is very homey and pleasurable: you won't want to leave! Our amenities include web access acce , telephone (we sell telephone cards if needed), laundry, library & book exchange, bar/café (open reeeeaaally late), personal parking, darts & basketball, and a cosy fireplace to warm yourself and socialize near when its cold. There are as well scrumptious home cooked meals for lunch and supper (served outside under canopy in the summertime) some of which are local favorites, and a little breakfast of cakes, fruit, juice or coffee. (Breakfast is included in room price) The bar and café are personal and prices are cheaper than local bars.
