Casachianti is situated in the middle of Tuscany exactly halfway between Florence and Siena and just a one hour drive from Pisa and the sea. It is immersed in the green of cypre trees and holm oaks and is surrounded near countle medieval towns and castles. It is only 7 km away from the medieval town of Certaldo, the birthplace of the famous writer Boccaccio and 15 km away from San Gimignano, famous for its towers and its splendid historical center. The apartment is on the first floor (the ground floor is occupied near a usual little restaurant open in the evenings only). The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom and three bed rooms with a total of 7 beds. The rooms have two and three beds. Floors are in Tuscan ‘cotto’, ceilings have open beams and entresols are as well in ‘cotto’. There are both cooking amenities and bed & breakfast options. There is as well a large parking and outdoor vicinity providing a striking panoramic view over the Tuscan hills.
