High quality budget apartment accommodation is offered from 10th June until 4th September 2005. Our two buildings, College Wynd and New Arthur Place, are located just 10 few minutes walk from Waverley station. College Wynd is right on Cowgate and New Arthur Place is beside the Pleasance Theatre, in easy reach of Edinburgh castle, The Royal Mile and Gra marketplace. The position is ideal for anyone visiting Edinburgh, whether in town for the Edinburgh festival, attractionseeing, touring Scotland or working in a bar over the summer or at the festival in August. Both blocks are secure and relaxing and both are within walking distance of the town center’s shopping vicinity, historical old town and most popular visitor highlights. The world famous party town of Edinburgh is literally on the doorstep. College Wynd is located on the Cowgate, equidistant from the Gra marketplace and Holyrood Palace in a very popular part of the town. This comprises self contained, fully equipped flats for 4 or 5 people. All are either twin or single bedded sharing bathroom amenities (toilet, whb, bath and shower) and have the use of a shared lounge and kitchen with sink, electric stove and Refrigerator freezer. The flats are warm and snug and remarkably quiet for such a central position. Most overlook a court yard at the front. New Arthur Place, situated just half a mile away offers 5 person flats of equal standard and level of furnishing as College Wynd. All rooms are single or twin bedded and share bathroom, lounge and kitchen amenities. New Arthur Place as well has a fabulous Beer grounds that hosts our regular Barbeque's. !!!!!!!Please be aware that if you are staying in New Arthur Place, you are still required to check-in at College Wynd. We must as well charge a £15 key deposit, for each key that is i ued, as this is what the university charges us!!!!!!! Self-serv ice laundry amenities are offered in both sets of flats (£1.20 per wash) and washing powder can be bought at reception. All rooms are equipped with teletelephones that are linked to reception. telephone cards for external communication are sold at reception.
