Harbour House is a 50 bed Tourist Board approved hostel with en-suite single rooms, double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms and dorm rooms. Built in 1860 for the Harbour Master, when Sligo was one of the busiest ports in Ireland; this old house has retained its character, while being turned into warm clean relaxing accommodation at inexpensive prices - a little more than a hostel. It is located only twelve few minutes walk from the center of Sligo town and the main rail and bus terminus for the North West of Ireland. Groups of 10 or more can enjoy a continental breakfast.We as well offer our visitors self catering amenities for tea, coffee, and snacks. Sligo has many amenities to offer visitors. Because of its position, Harbour House is close to all facilities such as sea and lake fishing, shark fishing, scuba diving, bowling, swimming, golfing, windsurfing, sailing, and many other outdoor and indoor pursuits.
