Founded 10 years ago near travelers, for travelers, Hostel Krumlov House is a quiet, family-run hostel that provides a homey ambience for those who want to get away from the usual hostel experience - noise, student groups, and general mayhem! Instead you'll find a welcoming hostel with English-speaking staff, quiet corners to read or play che , a large and fully-stocked kitchen for your free use, hot showers with real water pre ure, and beds made and ready to tuck into. Upon arrival you'll be given our world-renowned map to the town which will clue you in to all the great places to eat drink and be merry. We're happy to book you an hour on horseback in the woods, a ma age with one of the town's best ma euses, a boat to float in the river, and will as well be happy to book you beds onward to your next port of call. Other extras include free use of innertubes to shoot the rapids in the summer and skates to use at the local rink in the winter. We have an extensive English language swapping library, and heaps of games to keep you busy such as Settlers of Catan (be careful! Learning this game could extend your stay near a few nights!) Beware the Krumlov curse...those who think they'll only stay a day or two end up much longer than they originally planned. Give your itinerary a breather and enjoy your stay with us.
