Accommodation Description: Hualien is a most striking town on the east coastal of Taiwan, situated just south of Taroko National Park. This treasured natural reserve is famous for its marble gorge and many of the footpaths in Hualien were once paved with marble. Aboriginal culture is an integral part of island's heritage and you will as well have the opportunity to meet people from the Ami, Atayal and Taroko tribes. Our backpackers hostel is situated in the middle of the town center. This facility is snug, clean, and safe with a fun ambience. We have a cafe and bar in the hostel, where we display works of art from local artists, which includes aboriginal pieces, art deco and photography. Are you like being in the Outdoor? Hualien has many biking and hilking and walking trails. The ocean here has great waves for Surfing,you can ask surfing info from the hostel, lots of great surf spots on the east coastal !! and you will as well find many waterfalls suitable for cliff diving and lagoons for swimming in.
