This fifteenth century home, situated 20km from Brescia, was restored a few years ago, but still boasts the natural wood and stone materials and a ociated characteristics expected from a period building. Surrounded near a lush green grounds, it is situated in the more quiet part of the village, yet it is close to the center. Our 3-star double rooms are all located on the first floor. They are light and relaxing and include a personal bathroom with shower. All the fine furniture is in epoch style. Every room has the po ibility for one more bed. Breakfast, served between 7.30am-9.30am, is rich in traditional flavour, is served according to the season, in the dining room or in the portico near the grounds. Calvagese della Riviera is set in the stunningly striking and un-spoilt vicinity of the River Chiese. Nestled in the middle of the Valtenesi Hills, this village is just a few kilometers from Lake Garda. These hills provide an perfect climate for vineyards and olive groves. Centrally situated, it lies within easy reach of Brescia (20km), Sal (12km) and Desenzano (14km). The house and its nearbys are perfect for those in search of a genuine, quiet and reviving holiday, both simple and authentic. Please note: Balance due on arrival has to be paid near cash.
