Built in 2001, K2 offers everything for the up to date budget traveller. There are 2, 4 or 6 person rooms, all en-suite and with under floor heating. Young, welcoming staff will welcome you and inform you of everything on offer in the vicinity. Prices include bed and continental breakfast except for the twins which include a full Irish breakfast. K2 has a coffee shop which is open all day and changes to the dining room for evening meals. It as well has a wine and beer bar, a drying room for wet clothes, web access and laundry amenities. There are a wide range of adventure things to do on site for visitors to book such as sailing, kayaking, waterskiing etc. to a high ropes course, mountain biking, archery and clay pigeon shooting. One hour from Galway town, there are limited buses offered.
