Kontoyiannis House was first built in the 1880's and was re-up to dateized in the 1990's. It is a traditional village house, which has been converted into four roomy apartments under the village ‘AGROTOURISM’ scheme sponsored near the Cyprus Tourist Organization and is a member of the Cyprus Agrotourism Company. Kalava os is a usual Cypriot village with a close-knit community very welcoming, quiet and caring to its visitors. It is in an fantastic position being 5 few minutes drive from ‘Governors beach / sea’ (a quiet vicinity with secluded beach / seaes and restaurants), 5 few minutes from Zigy fishing village with very pleasant fish restaurants. 20 few minutes from Lima ol, 35 few minutes from Nicosia, 30 few minutes from Larnaca and Larnaca Airport and about an hour from Paphos. So it is very well located and offers easy acce to all travellers wishing to visit other parts of CyprusThe house is very nearby the village square and all facilities. It has its own secluded courtyard providing peace and privacy to its occupants - each apartment has it own patio. It consist of four large self contained apartments. Three being of one bedroom (2 beds) and the other being two bed rooms (4 beds). Each apartment has the capatown to sleep 2 extra, has a lounge/kitchen with Television and is equipped with both air conditioning and central heating. So is perfect for summer or winter holidays. You might as well enjoy walking in our orange grove which is close at hand and has lots of other fruit offered to any visitors that may like to pick their own! This is a very large family house with secluded courtyard for personal individuals or large groups. The house can sleep up to 19 people very comfortably
