Residence Lecapitaine ,cla ified as Tourist Residence,after its last general renovation in May 2005, looks like a two storey cruising pa enger ship,out of the water in the striking and quiet residential vicinitys of Morcellement Swan, of Tombeau-Bay. It has been inclusively renewed, now to have a personal bathroom and toilet / wc in each of the five independent double bed rooms of the first floor vicinity, which forms part of a big apartment having its self catered kitchen, with all amnemities and a a Television, living and dining room.All along its side,pa engers can unwind on the terrace/terace.The ground floor of the ship shaped building consist of 3 other personal apartments, two for hireals and one personal for the owners who reside on site. -The first ground floor personal apartment for hireal,consists of 2 individual personal double bed rooms,self catered kitchen with facilities, toilet / wc and bathroom and a large terace. -The second ground floor personal apartment for hireal consist of 3 individual personal double bed rooms,self catered kitchen with all amnemities, toilet / wc and bathroom.Finally on the second floor,there is the studio which looks like the steering room vicinity,for the captain.It is a self catered studio, one double bedroom, little kitchen, toilet / wc and bath. We do have on site now a shop for the tourists basic needs, and we do sell lot of commodities.There is a teletelephone booth in the shop premises for international Calls and teletelephone cards for any destination are sold on site.No need to got far away for web access,uploading photos, as we do have on site web access cyber cafe,with cheap rates of connection. For entertainment, we do have many indoor games and a snooker table. Residence Lecapitaine,the advantage is for its hireal rate, good standard is located only 5 kilometers away from town center Port Louis; and on the way to the northern part of the island .. Walking to the beach / sea, to the nearbyest big Hotel, Les Cocotiers will take you 10 few minutes. Otherwise, there is a pleasant public beach / sea called Le Goulet, where you get a good bath/swim, at some 20 few minutes walk, or you can easily catch a bus to this place . The biggest departmental store of the island the 'Jumbo Score' is only 2 kilometers away from our place. You can catch a bus opposite Les Cocotiers Hotel to go to Jumbo Score or near bikes, which we as well provide free ) All built to accommodate tourists of all types. We target customers who don't want spend most of their cash on accommodation. We provide a high cla place to stay. We can safely say that we are the cheapest one of the island, it is a very confortable and practical place. We as well arrange airport pick ups, attractionseeing trips plus bike, car, motorcycle and scooter hireal for your convenience. We do have a good mini moke open car, perfect for tourism and sight seeing on hireal. In case airport pick up is organised, the service is paid and a mail should be sent to us giving all details of arrival and the cost of transfer will be confirmed.
