Our family house is in a quiet position 300 m from the sea in Brodarica, 6 km from Sibenik. We have one 3-room apartment and one 1-room apartment. 3-room apartment: This is on the 1st floor and contains a dining room with 1 bed and sky Television, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bedroom. There is a kitchen and bathroom with shower/bidet/toilet, and separate toilet / wce. There is as well a large partly-covered terrace with grounds furniture and a partial view of the sea. 1-room apartment (socalled studio): This is 49 meters square and on the 2nd floor. There is a living/dining room with 4 beds, sky Television. There is as well a kitchenette and bathroom with shower/bidet/toilet. View of the sea. visitors have use of a barbeque and free parking beside the house. There is a shop within 150 m, and few restaurants along the coastal. The pebble beach / sea and shingle beach / seaes are at a distance of 300 m. There are extra charges to be paid locally - tourist tax cca 1€ per person/day. nearbynear is island named Krapanj on which is situated new diving centre. There are as well two big shopping centres 2 km away.
