Mjølfjell Youth Hostel HOSTEL Voss Description
Mj lfjell YH is located close to the Bergen Railway, on the uppermost part of the Raundalen Valley. A up to date thoroughfare from Vo will bring you to our front door, where the historic road, built to build the railway at the beginning of the last century, known as the "Rallar"road begins. This road today is a picturesque mountain path, forming a magnificent gateway to the Hardangervidda mountain plateau, popular for both summer and winter things to do. Our "own" railway station, rneberget", is only 300m away from the hostel. A ten minute rail ride from here will take you to the Fl m Valley, one of Norway`s most popular tourist highlights. Mj lfjell YH maintains a high standard, with total of 40 beds in rooms accommodating two to eight people. We produce our own electritown at our own power-station on the Raundal river. We have our own ski-tow in winter-time and a heated outdoor swimming-pool in summertime. Our riding school is an added attraction during school summer holidays. Mj lfjell YH is perfect for holidays all year round, weekend leisure, hunting and fishing.
