Originally a personal residence, Mona's visitorhouse has been inclusively refurbished, with many of its features restored such as original marble fireplaces and corpleasants. Luxuriously furnished, this 1890s house provides the highest standards in comfort, combined with the warm Scottish/Norwegian welcome and attention to detail of the owners, Mona Rohne and Ro McLean. Breakfast is served each morning and consists of home made omelette with ham and cheese, scrambled or fried egg best quality Irish Richmond sausages Danish smoked low fat bacon Fried tomatoes and baked beans Toast Orange juice Choice of Colombian coffee, tea or hot chocolate. OR Tr aditional Continental breakfast with various selections of cereal, yoghurt, jam, toast, orange juice and hot drinks as above. We as well cater for Vegetarians. Mona’s visitorhouse is well serviced near public transport, with buses to the airport, Edinburgh town center and Glasgow stopping right outside the house. Murrayfield is one of Edinburgh’s most desirable vicinitys, so there are many good restaurants and pubs nearbynear that serve lunch and evening meals. Each quiet and strikingly furnished room with en suite overlooks the striking Pentland Hills and features a Television, radio alarm clock and tea and coffee making amenities along with some Scottish shortbread. As a leading UK financial center, venue for international Rugnear games, host to the world-famous arts festivals, the Tattoo, Hogmanay New Year Celebrations and the Zoo, Edinburgh has much to offer the corporate visitor or tourist.
